Flowers In this Gallery you will find paintings which reflect all the ephemeral beauty of flowers. I prefer the very loose style of the ala prima method which forces me to be concise as well as speedy. The paintings reflect the vibrancy, beauty and ephemeral quality which has always made me love flowers. I worked as a Floral designer for many years and try to have flowers in every room when possible. To me the luxury of having lavish vases of lilacs, nosegays of Lilies of the Valley or even a single rose is a as necessary as food. This is why flowers are such a huge component of our life here on the farm. |
